In addition to the above, there have been some questions from neighbors about the proper course of action to address illegally parked cars on this coming St. Patrick's Day weekend. Per direction from DPD, this is also a 911 emergency call, as the illegally parked vehicles can impede the ability of emergency vehicles to address issues in the neighborhood.
